We maintain ongoing dialogue with national, regional, and European bodies to build a regulatory environment that favours impact investing.
Technical support
We spread impact investment experiences, both national and international, that serve as benchmarks for new stakeholders.
Collaboration between ecosystem agents
We facilitate effective connections through working groups, thematic networks, and co-creation dynamics.
Common agenda with other European National Accreditation Bodies (NAB)
We actively participate in the European network to share lessons learned, regulatory proposals, and strategic positioning.
Transformative narratives
We work to build a common and inclusive language around impact, overcoming barriers between sectors (third sector, social economy, social businesses, Spanish benefit and common interest companies, private investment, etc.).
Sector positioning
We contribute to raising the visibility and legitimacy of the impact economy within public and private agendas around sectoral verticals that constitute the main socio-environmental challenges and concerns in our environment.
Participation in the Sustainable Finance Council
We are part of the Spanish Government’s Sustainable Finance Council and actively collaborate in some of its working groups, contributing to the design of policies and initiatives that integrate social and environmental impact into the country’s financial agenda.

At SpainNAB, we work to promote regulatory, legislative, and public policy frameworks that favor the growth of impact investing in Spain. Aware that this goal can only be achieved through cooperation, in 2025 we adopted the “Mollina Pact,” incorporating its principles to advance, through alliances, effective, efficient, and healthy collaborative advocacy.
